All training materials are sold under a Single-Organisation Licence.

Upon purchase, Industrial Training Group grants the purchasing organisation a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the training materials internally for its employees only.

The licence permits:

• Internal delivery of the training within the purchasing organisation

• Use of materials for staff development and organisational training purposes

• Reasonable internal reproduction for delivery purposes

The licence does not permit:

• Sharing, distributing, or supplying materials to any third party

• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the materials

• Uploading materials to publicly accessible platforms

• Use by external contractors, partner organisations, or affiliates without written consent

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Industrial Training Group. Unauthorised distribution or reproduction may result in legal action.
