All training products are delivered digitally.
Once payment has been successfully processed, your training pack will be issued to the email address provided at checkout within 48 hours. Please ensure that your contact details are entered correctly when purchasing.
Training packs are provided are provided under a Single-Organisation Licence.
If you have not received your training pack within 48 hours, please contact us and we will promptly investigate.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final.
We operate a strict no returns and no refunds policy once a training pack has been purchased and issued. We recommend reviewing all course information carefully prior to purchase.
